The Starter Package provides targeted, practical support with two focused coaching sessions, one classroom observation, and guidance between meetings. Over the course of a month, we will build momentum by clarifying priorities, strengthening core practices, and creating an action plan that moves your instruction forward with confidence.

GROWTH PACKAGE
The Growth Package offers the highest level of individualized support with weekly coaching, two classroom observations, data‑driven feedback, and customized resource creation. Over the course of a month, we will refine your instructional practices, streamline your planning, and elevate your expertise so your impact becomes both stronger and sustainable.
SMALL GROUP
OR GRADE LEVEL TEAMS
The Team Package delivers collaborative, high‑level support through weekly or biweekly coaching meetings, professional development style learning sessions, and team data analysis. Together, we will strengthen alignment, sharpen instructional decision‑making, and build a unified strategy that lifts the entire team’s practice.
SCHOOL AND DISTRICTS
The professional learning and school support offerings meet teams where they are. Coaching supports for schools and districts can include:
